handles a list of phases
The part of an EBSD, grain2d or grainBoundary that knows which phase each entry belongs to. It keeps three things apart that are easily confused: phaseId indexes CSList, phase is the number the measuring software used, and phaseMap converts between them by phase = phaseMap(phaseId).
Indexing a phaseList by a mineral name - ebsd('Forsterite') - is implemented here.

| phaseMap | convert between phase = phaseMap(phaseId) |

| CS | crystalSymmetry of one specific phase |
| isIndexed | is the entry indexed |
| indexedPhasesId | phaseIds of all non empty indexed phases |
| mineral | mineral name of one specific phase |
| mineralList | list of all mineral names |
| color | color of one specific phase |
| colorList | list of all phase colors |
