a class representing a symmetric function on the sphere

This is the one S2Fun that holds a symmetry - the abstract classes carry only a referenceFrame, which for a symmetrised function is the frame of its symmetry.

Syntax

sF = S2FunHarmonicSym(fhat,s)
sF = S2FunHarmonicSym(fun,s)

Input

fhat harmonic coefficients, ordered by degree
fun S2Fun or S2Kernel to be symmetrised
s crystalSymmetry or specimenSymmetry

Output

sF S2FunHarmonicSym

Options

skipSymmetrise take the coefficients as already symmetric

Class Properties

s the symmetry, and with it the referenceFrame
CS, SS both refer to s
fhat harmonic coefficients
bandwidth maximum harmonic degree
antipodal f(v) = f(-v)
