inverse pole figure like sections for ODF and orientation plotting

The counterpart of pfSections: each section is the inverse pole figure of a fixed specimen direction r1, split up by the angle omega a second direction r2 makes with a reference field. An orientation ori is drawn at h1 = sym * inv(ori) * r1, with sym chosen so that h1 falls into the fundamental sector.

Syntax

oS = ipfSections(cs1,cs2)
oS = ipfSections(cs1,cs2,'sections',5)

cs1, cs2 crystalSymmetry, specimenSymmetry

Options

sections number of sections
maxOmega the period the sections cover

r1 vector3d whose inverse pole figure is split up
r2 the second vector3d, defining omega
omega the value of each section
sR sphericalRegion each section is plotted on
referenceField S2VectorField omega is measured against
