bilinear interpolation on a regular grid in polar coordinates

Unlike S2FunTri, which triangulates arbitrary nodes, this one assumes a regular theta over rho grid, which makes evaluation a direct index computation rather than a search.

Syntax

sF = S2FunGrid(values)
sF = S2FunGrid(fun)

Input

values nTheta x nRho matrix of function values
fun @function_handle, sampled on a 1 degree grid

Output

sF S2FunGrid

gSize size of the grid
s symmetry the grid refers to
antipodal f(v) = f(-v)
isReal the function takes only real values
