indexing of EBSD data

Syntax

ebsd('Fe')        - returns data of phase Fe
ebsd({'Fe','Mg'}) - returns data of phase Fe and Mg
ebsd(1:end)       - returns the measurements with these indices
ebsd('id',id)     - returns the measurements with these ids
ebsd('xy',x,y)    - returns the measurements closest to the coordinates

Note that ebsd(x,y) is NOT the coordinate lookup - it is an error, since on a gridded map the same expression is the pixel in row x and column y. Use ebsd('xy',x,y), which means the same on a grid and on a list.
